Getting Started with AI Agents: Setting Up Your First Automated Assistant

✅ How to Complete Your AI Agent Setup

Before your AI Agent can start assisting your team, you’ll need to go through a quick setup process to confirm your team members, purchase credits, and install the agent.

🧩 Pre-requisites

Before you begin, make sure you’ve already created an AI User Account via User Management. This user will be assigned to a specific AI Agent and will handle actions and logging on behalf of that task.

🚀 Steps to Complete Setup

1. Click on the AI Agents icon: You'll find this on the top-right corner of any page in Recruitly.

2. Click on “Continue Setup”: This will launch a guided popup to walk you through the final steps.
   
   

3. Follow the prompts and click “Next”: Review the introduction messages to understand what the AI Agent will do.
   
   

4. Review your AI team members: Review that you have an available AI team member.
   
   

5. Purchase your credits: These credits are used for the AI Agent’s enrichment and automation activities.
   
   

6. Click on “Complete”: This finishes your setup process — your AI workspace is now ready.
   
   

🛠️ Install Your AI Agent

Now that the setup is complete, it’s time to install your first AI Agent:

1. From the AI Agents dashboard, find the Data Maintenance Agent

2. Click on Install
   
   

3. Review the installation prompt

4. Click Install again to confirm
   
   

That’s it! Your AI Agent is now live and ready to assist with maintaining and enriching your database.
